Daniel and his team went to Philadelphia so that he could run in the 2013 USATF Mid-Atlantic Association Jr. Olympic Cross Country Championships.
This is a 9 Minute 30 second video of Daniel Tulloch running the 2K race in Philadelphia. He won the Boys 8 and Under Division, destroying his competition. Daniel and an 8 year old girl from Lewistown, Pa. put on a clinic for the spectators at Belmont Plateau. In the battle between Daniel and the girl, Daniel lost in the last few feet of the race.
