Have you ever wondered what is behind
the media stories that you read in your local newspaper or behind the stories
on your TV News Cast? All news reports are bias because people have opinions
and they research a story with preconceived ideas about how they want it to
come out. For example, FOX News supports
the ideas of the Republican Party while MSNBC supports the ideas of the
Democratic Party. They report the news with these bios in mind.
The same is true for your local news
services. Secret organizations use the news services to get the public to think
the way the hidden organizations want you to think. Recently the City of Harrisburg started a
campaign to get illegal guns off the streets.
They are doing this by awarding anyone who can give them evidence that
someone has an illegal gun. When I first
heard this, I thought that it was a joke. Anyone who understands how the total criminal
system works would not risk their life for $200.

In my opinion and only my personal opinion, the Harrisburg Gang
picture is more complicated than you may think. Most people who do not live in
the Cities believe that gang activity is just about selling a few drugs,
stealing from people, and shooting people over women or money. They have no
idea that they are more likely to be directly involved in gang business.

activity is part of the national economy just like working at Wal-Mart, Best
Buy, or Giant. What I am telling you is no surprise to the people who must live
this life every day. Some only know part of this picture. Few know the big
picture. Many don’t want to know.
The truth is everyone in American Society is affected by gang
activity.
The Gang Leadership
Organization
Gangs are business organizations. They
sell a product and they maintain an image. Most large gang leadership may not
be in the City where you live. They may be in New York City, Philadelphia, or
Baltimore, just naming a few examples.
Most large gangs use a “Franchise” system of business like Mc Donald’s
or Dairy Queen. They set the ground rules and they are your local gang
supplier. They provide protection from outside influence for its member and
sometimes for the community. The smallest breach of contract could mean the
death of some gang members or some innocent gang member’s family.
You may find out that you have a weekend to prepare for your child's day in court.
Recruitment
I understand that 75% of the students
coming out of Harrisburg High School have a police record. Some of the things
that some of these children are accused of doing would only account for a
talking to in many suburban communities. In Pittsburgh, several children have
been shot by police. Some of them were because of mistaken identity. However,
most people in the Cities do not have the political knowledge or legal means to
defend themselves or their children.
My oldest daughter has a BS degree in
Criminal Justice from Central Penn College. I asked her about how much parents
are charged with incarceration of their children in the Juvenile Centers around
the state. She did not know anything about it. Most people know nothing about
it until their child gets caught up in it.
I see these ads on TV about adopting
children. On the surface, it sounds great and it can be rewarding for children
who needs a family and parents who need to be parents. But often, people treat
children like pets. Parenting is a full time job and no matter what these
children do, you as a parent are legally responsible for their actions.
I know a woman who adopted two boys.
When they became teenagers, they got into many different illegal things
including drug distribution. As a single parent, she ended up getting her small
paycheck garnished for $20,000 payable to the county where she lived. I know another woman who was very much in
love with her new husband. She adopted his children. A few years later, he
started beating the “cowboy” out of her. She ended up taking a baseball bat and
busting his head open. They got divorced. However, she adopted these children
and had to pay him child support. The children got into trouble years later and
she had to pay the county for Juvenile Center Services. It does not matter that
they did not live with her. They garnished her check leaving her with very
little money to pay the bills. She fell behind and had a visit from the repo
man.
The majority just like the NAZIs in the
1930s found a way to use these children as a means to make money. Read up on
the Nazi work camps and you will be able to see what I am talking about. The
system goes like this.
The authorities will manufacture a
crime, accuse these children of some crime, and maneuver their friends to do or
say something that would give the authorities evidence. They use that as a
means to charge them with a crime. They leak information about the so called
crime to the media who puts this information on TV and in the newspaper. That
way the authorities can get public support for whatever they are trying to do. They put these children in a Juvenile center
and they garnish the children’s parents’ paychecks for the cost of
incarceration. Sometimes these parents are making $9 to $12 per hour when they
are working. The cost of the incarceration may be as high as $20,000. Because of these actions against these low
income families, the authorities are not viewed by them as their friend and few
will cooperate with them in any case. This is one reason why the $200 illegal
gun campaign by Harrisburg Police will not work. Who is going to risk their lives for $200?

The Needs of the Majority to be Safe
Because of discrimination against children
and ethnic groups, jail is used to defend the majority against what they see as
a physical threat against them. This is causing an ever increasing back lash
against them from minority groups. In my opinion, one day this back lash is
going to spill out into a gorilla civil war.
Jail and juvenile centers are actually
colleges for learning how to be a criminal. This is where people learn how to
be professionals in the criminal field. The general attitude is that these
children and young adults are uneducated and boarder line crazy. In fact, many
of these people are capable of running a successful business and know more
about finance than the average upper class American. It is hard for these
people to get a job in the best of economic conditions. It is harder to get a
job with a record. If they have children, they will go to jail again because
they are not paying their child support. They will also go to jail again if
they do not pay their fines and fees to the court system. So these people go to
work for the gangs.

The media loves to talk about the
person walking down Market St. just to be shot in the arm or leg. They never
follow up on the story. What they do not tell you is that these shootings to
hurt someone are part of a terror campaign by the gangs. The “Snitch Program”
is design to stop people from talking to the authorities. Anyone who thinks
that the authorities are their friends will soon learn that they are in great
danger by people who are not anyone’s friend.
The gangs have an intelligence network that tracks police activities and
activities of individuals.
This is the reason why police business must remain
police business because the “bad Guys” are watching. Just me gathering general information about
the workings of the gang’s economic activity caused love ones living in the
City of Harrisburg to become terrified of my activities. That is how scared the
general public who know about gangs are. This is another reason why the $200
illegal gun campaign by Harrisburg Police will not work.

I was told that I-81 and I-83 is called the “Drug Highway.” I
understand that millions of dollars of drugs flow from New York to Baltimore
and they flow from New York to Tennessee each day. In fact, they flow all over
the North East with very little interference from authorities. The drug
industry is a multibillion dollar industry. When you have that much money in
play, you attract people from all walks of life, in all social and economic
classes. Some of these people are truckers, some are just freelance drug
runners, yet some need to make a few dollars just to get by. This is the gang’s
distribution network that is the life of their operations. This distribution
network is worldwide.

Last year, I volunteered to drive around some children from the
country in the central part of Pennsylvania. I learned very early that these
German Americans watch too much TV and movies. They were under the impression
that the “projects” was a hopping, jumping place to be. African Americans
except for me who they looked at as boring, were party people and did very
little else. I could not understand why they thought that way. So I took them
to Hall Manor and showed them around. The first thing they notice was the
children standing out in front of their homes. They saw me coming and ran back
into the house. The German American children asked me what these children were
doing? I said they are probably the retail drug dealers in the neighborhood.
They have their own clients and they know that I do not belong here so to them,
I may be the police. They are not going to take the chance that I may be here
to pick them up. Then they notice something strange about these African
Americans. Most of them were not African Americans. Some of them were
Jamaicans, Africans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, and many other nationalities.
They all spoke different languages. They just looked like African Americans. After
the tour of Hall Manor, they never mentioned seeing the ghetto again.
Now who is the cliental that they are expecting, the White middle
and upper class young adults and children living in the suburbs? Some people
come to pick up their product to resale in other places in Central
Pennsylvania. They bring the millions of
dollars to buy the drugs. The retail sales person keeps part of the money and
gives the rest to the division managers who take their share and sends the rest
to the main office. Oh, if there is a discrepancy in the books, look for a body
in the streets in the near future. I hate it when they dump the body across the
street from an Elementary School while school is in session. This is what
happened in the late 1980s across the street from Paxtonia Elementary School in
Lower Paxton while my children were in school.
My Personal Opinion about the Police and the System
Many times, the common citizen is
trapped between trying to make government work for them and criminal activity
against them. Government is more interested in giving the public a good show instead
of trying to solve a problem. For example, instead of the government removing a
con artist from office, they are more concerned with protecting the banks and
other institutions stealing from the public. Anyone who disagrees with their
position becomes a target.
I had some experience where the FBI
wanted me to think that they are my friends. The 26 year term Mayor Reed was
mismanaging the City of Harrisburg. I called the FBI and gave them information
showing that we have a problem in the City of Harrisburg and Mayor Reed in my
opinion was the major cause of it all. The FBI did nothing at all about this.
However, when Mayor Linda Thompson took over, I started hearing from the FBI
and they wanted to talk to me about what was going on in the City of
Harrisburg. I “smelled a rat” because when I was trying to get them to
investigate Mayor Reed, they were not interested. But when Linda Thompson
became Mayor, all of a sudden they wanted to know what she was doing.
I checked around with a few people who
had experience with the FBI and they told me that they will trying to get
information out of me concerning the Mayor then go into court saying that I am
an unpaid informant. The way that they
work is simple. They tell you not to tell people that you are talking to them
about a subject. That way, you can’t get information about what they are really
trying to do. After all, they are your friend. When it is time, they will use
you and they don’t care how it affects you.
The FBI can’t operate in the light of
day just like the Devil. I told everyone what was going on and they got some
phone calls about my conversations with them. That got the FBI really pissed
off where they had to read me my rights to cover FBIs butt.
It is amazing how a
few weeks later I got this phone call from this strange woman in a Georgia
prison. She called me on my unpublished phone line and she knew me by
name. She wanted to talk to me about
Linda Thompson. I told her that I know Linda but don’t know anything about how
she is running the City. She claimed to be a relative of hers and wanted her
phone number. I told her to call her office. She came up with all kinds of
excuses to where I should help her get in touch with Linda. Well nothing that
she said worked and I got off the phone. She tried calling me several times
after that but I was not picking up.
Just in case you don’t know, all phone
calls from prison are recorded. They use
these phone conversations to get search warrants to search your property. They
can look for anything that they want and if they can find the most remote of
anything, charge you with something for their own personal use. They can
legally terrorize you and your family. Yea, the police are not your friends.
Summary
My father once told me two things
before I turned 12 years old. The first was that if people do not get involved
in the business of law enforcement, the police will protect the criminals
instead of the public. The second thing was in the form of a story that
happened to him and his friends.
A group of his friends went to the
movies in the late 1930s. While the movie was going on, the police came in and
arrested one of his friends for bank robbery. The problem is, the bank was
robbed just minutes before. The group told the police that the man was sitting
with them. In fact he was sitting in the middle of the group. They took him to
jail anyway. For some reason, the man was beaten in jail and forced to sign a
confession to bank robbery. He stood trial and went to jail for bank
robbery. I told my father that this is
1960 and these things don’t happen anymore. Isn’t it funny that this is 2012
and I find myself telling my children that these things still happen
today?
The American system is in place to
protect the upper class as well as make money for them. The poor and lower
classes cause minor infractions, breaking the law, and law enforcement will
spend a lot of money and time to put them behind bars. But you can have people like Joe Sandusky who
can take advantage of the poor with the protection of his employer and his
county government. He opened a foundation for poor children just so he could
take advantage of them sexually. Here
nothing was done with Sandusky for decades despite complaints from witnesses
and parents. It was not until the damage could not be contained that the people
found out and demanded something be done.
Hitler said that you always have to
give your people someone to hate to take the pressure off of what you are
trying to do. Here is the reason why you have Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” Law
where it is legal to shoot and kill anyone walking toward you that scares
you. You may as well call it open season
on shooting Black people. This Hitler policy that was adopted by the public is
the reason why Black children get arrested and put in Juvenile Centers and you
the Black parent pays the bill.
Don’t think for a minute that the drug
trade can’t be stopped. All this nation
has to do is do what General Sherman did in the Civil War, destroy the crops
then more on to the next farm. You take the money away from the rich drug financiers and the drug trade will collapse. But the rich make money from the
sale of the drugs and from the labor of the drug employees in jail. You want to
get guns off the street then stop making it so easy for people to have guns.
But that means that gun manufacturers and retailers would not make as much
money.
This report is based
on my opinion. Law enforcement is about making money. If you look at all of this evidence that we
discussed here, you will see that the rich make money from gun sales, from drug
production and distribution, and from incarceration, wage garnishment, and
fines.
